Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3yearsleadership experience,preferablyin IT.
Experience mentoringand developingothers and/orleadingasignificant changewithin a team.
Excellentcritical thinking, problem-solvingandjudgmentskills combined withtrustworthiness.
Strong desireto learn, push the envelope, and share knowledge with others.
Forward-thinking approach to AIutilizationwithin the SDLC and day-to-day activities.

**Pay range for this role is - $110,000 - $120,000
