p>USC, GC, H4 and OPT /p> p>Job Description /p> p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills /p> p>• Strong experience in QA / Software Testing with focus on Blockchain technologies. /p> p>• Hands-on experience testing smart contracts (e.g., Solidity, Vyper). /p> p>• Knowledge of major blockchain platforms such as: /p> p>• Ethereum / Polygon / BSC / Hyperledger Fabric / Corda (any one or more) /p> p>• Experience with blockchain testing tools such as: /p> p>• Truffle, Hardhat, Ganache, Remix, Foundry (or similar) /p> p>• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST clients). /p> p>• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. /p> p>Knowledge of test automation frameworks is a plus /p> p>Roles & Responsibilities /p> p>• Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for blockchain-based systems. /p> p>• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and performance testing of blockchain platforms and DApps. /p> p>• Validate smart contracts for correctness, security vulnerabilities, gas optimization, and compliance with business logic. /p> p>• Test blockchain operations including node setup, network configurations, consensus mechanisms, and transaction lifecycle. /p> p>• Conduct API testing for blockchain services and integrations with off-chain systems. /p> p>• Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools. /p> p>• Collaborate closely with blockchain developers, architects, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC. /p> p>• Participate in security testing, including vulnerability assessment and basic penetration testing for smart contracts. /p> p>• Support UAT, production validation, and post-deployment monitoring. /p> p>Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements (where applicable). /p> p>Generic Managerial Skills, If any /p> p>• Scrum Master certification: CSM / PSM I/II / SAFe Scrum Master (any). /p> p>• Exposure to scaling frameworks: SAFe / LeSS / Nexus (as applicable). /p> p>• Understanding of security & release processes related to: /p> p>• Smart contract audits, signing/keys, production release approvals /p> p>• Experience supporting global/distributed teams. /p>
