Purchasing Assistant (Contract)

Role Summary

Red Project Management LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to support procurement operations within the crypto and Web3 industry. This role involves assisting with sourcing, vendor coordination, order tracking, and operational support for company projects and digital asset initiatives. Duties/Responsibilities

Assist with sourcing products, services, and vendors for company operations
Maintain procurement records, invoices, and purchasing documentation
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal team members regarding orders and deliveries
Track purchase requests, shipments, and procurement timelines
Support operational and administrative tasks related to procurement activities
Research pricing, suppliers, and market availability for requested items
Prepare reports and updates related to purchasing activities
Ensure purchasing processes comply with company standards and timelines
Communicate professionally through email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
Assist management with special projects and procurement-related assignments

Education and Experience

Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, administrative support, or operations is a plus
Experience working remotely or in contract-based roles preferred
Familiarity with crypto, blockchain, or digital asset industries is beneficial but not mandatory
