The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and product teams to analyse requirements, design blockchain-based solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. /p> p>____ /p> p>Key Responsibilities: /p> p>• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for blockchain-based applications /p> p>• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify use cases suitable for Blockchain/DLT implementation /p> p>• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories /p> p>• Work with developers and architects on blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger) /p> p>• Conduct feasibility analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessment /p> p>• Define workflows, process models, and data flows using DLT systems /p> p> br> /p> p>Required Skills & Qualifications: /p> p>Experience: /p> p>• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects /p> p>• Hands-on exposure to Blockchain / DLT projects /p> p>Technical Skills: /p> p>• Understanding of Blockchain concepts (decentralization, consensus algorithms, cryptography) /p> p>• Familiarity with platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Corda /p> p>• Knowledge of smart contracts and tools like Solidity (basic understanding preferred) /p> p> br> /p> p>Business & Analytical Skills: /p> p>• Strong requirement elicitation and documentation skills (BRD, FRD, SRS) /p> p>• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills /p> p>• Problem-solving and analytical thinking /p> p>• Ability to map business processes and identify optimization opportunities /p>
